Refund and Returns Policy

At TrendPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., electronics, home appliances with broken seals, etc.)

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@trendpariz.com or call (562) 920-2375 to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return instructions. Please do not return any items without receiving the RAN.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and notify you via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.

3. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If everything checks out, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order. If the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product, please contact us for further instructions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back at no additional cost. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Sale and Clearance Items

Sale or clearance items may be eligible for a return, but only at our discretion. If these items are returned, they will only be refunded for store credit or exchanged.

7. Restocking Fees

In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee for returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees apply to the following situations:

  • Products that are returned without original packaging
  • Products that are opened and used
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired
