At TrendPariz, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms, conditions, and procedures for all orders placed on TrendPariz.com.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations at this time. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Shipping Locations Include:
- Domestic U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses are also eligible for shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to cater to different needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address, order volume, and other factors. We always strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Note: During peak seasons, such as holidays, shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on your location
- Next-Day Shipping: Calculated based on your location
If you have a discount code or are using store credit, shipping fees will be calculated after the discount is applied.
4. Order Processing and Handling
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email is not an indication that your order has been shipped.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays or busy periods.
- Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your order until it reaches your delivery address.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, external factors such as inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or high order volumes may cause occasional delays. TrendPariz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you experience a shipping delay, we will do our best to assist you and keep you updated on the status of your order.
6. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
- P.O. Boxes: We do offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses.
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO): We also ship to military addresses, including APO/FPO locations, via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please select USPS as your shipping method during checkout if you wish to ship to a military address.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment directly from the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is shipped.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, family members, or other individuals at your address to ensure it wasn’t picked up. You can also check with your local post office or carrier for additional information.
In the event of a lost package (i.e., it has not been delivered at all), please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in investigating the issue and working with the carrier to resolve the matter.
Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately at info@trendpariz.com. We will work with you to arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
Please keep the item and packaging in the condition you received it until we are able to resolve the issue.
10. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@trendpariz.com or call our customer service at (562) 920-2375. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
